Supercharge your interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and leadership.

The weekend experience will provide leaders the opportunity to work intensively in a small peer-group environment to pursue their individual interpersonal development while supporting others in their learning. T-Group participants are encouraged to experiment with interpersonal skills such as giving and receiving feedback, listening, tuning into their own feelings, building trust and psychological safety, and engaging in and resolving conflict. The weekend will consist primarily of facilitated T-Group sessions, supplemented by breakout groups and structured content that provides frameworks and approaches to support interactions in the group. 

No prior experience is necessary, though we welcome Stanford GSB alums who would like to re-visit their TGroup experience.
